This is a question that we have been asked time and time again.

We figured that this would be an excellent first topic to start off our blog!

Today, we want to give you a few tips on what to remember when you want to start a charity:

Establish a Name and a Cause

Before everything gets off the ground, you will need to clarify a few things first! These will be:

• Charity’s name – the name is very important.

  It shouldn’t be too cryptic or anything too long (think of Derek Zoolander’s charity for kids who can’t read) and should really establish what you are set to accomplish.

• The Cause – if there is a charity, there needs to be a cause that is clarified.

Get Trustees

In the UK, a charity must have a minimum of three trustees.
