Three out of nine ministers inducted into the Chhattisgarh cabinet on Friday are first-time MLAs — an IAS-turned-politician, OP Choudhary; Tank Ram Verma; and year-old Laxmi Rajwade. Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan administered the oath of office and secrecy to the nine MLAs during a function held at Raj Bhavan in Raipur.
